Waterpark General Rules

• By entering Splashway Waterpark patrons are responsible for reading and obeying all posted and oral rules and warnings. Failure to do so will be grounds for reservation, ticket, and/or season pass cancelation and removal from Splashway property without a refund.
• No children under 14 years old should be in the waterpark and/or participating in activities without a supervising adult.
• Children under 48” or weak swimmers must be directly supervised by an adult. Adults in charge of supervision must maintain visual contact with those in their care and be able to assist them if needed.
• Splashway’s water attractions and activities feature varying levels of intensity and in general contain factors that are unpredictable and therefore possess inherent risks. Individuals with disabilities, recent surgeries, illnesses, injuries, heart conditions, back conditions, or who are pregnant must eliminate themselves from activities and attractions that could pose a risk. Consult your doctor before participating.
• Each attraction has a rule sign. READ THE RULES at each attraction before participating. All guests must comply with all posted and oral rules and refrain from acting in a manner which may knowingly cause or contribute to the injury of themself or others.
• You are ultimately responsible for you and your child’s safety and conduct. By entering the property you assume all risks associated with the activities on the property.
• Guests may only enter the water if there is a Splashway lifeguard watching the water and it has been announced “safe to enter”.
• Do not distract lifeguards or any Splashway employee from their duties.
• Any guest who has been or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs within the last 24 hours should not participate in any water activities including but not limited to swimming and sliding.
• No Running, Diving or horseplay is tolerated.
• If you or your child has had diarrhea within the last 3 days, you or your child should not enter the water.
• Spitting, urinating, blowing of the nose or deposits of foreign matter in the water is not permitted.
• Neither you nor your children should ever drink the water from the pools or attractions.
• You may not consume food, drink alcohol or use tobacco products on attractions or in the water.
• If you or your child has or has had considerable exposed cuts, scrapes, sores or known contagious or communicable diseases, cough cold fever, inflammation of the eyes, nasal or ear discharges, please do not enter the water.
• Smile. By entering this property patrons grant permission for Splashway to use your photo, video and voice for advertising, training or operational purposes without compensation.
• Any unauthorized use, redemption, or replication of tickets, including acceptance by third-party businesses, is strictly prohibited.
• Splashway tickets are non-transferable and only valid for admission to Splashway Waterpark.
• Splashway Waterpark is located at 5211 Main St, Sheridan, TX 77475.
• Be sure to check the waterpark calendar for waterpark hours and weather changes.
• Tickets are valid for a one-time use unless specified.
• Tickets are not replaceable if lost or damaged and are non-refundable.
• Tickets are uniquely numbered. If altered, duplicated, or sold for profit, it is no longer valid.

• All bags, coolers and personal items are subject to inspection.
• Splashway reserves the right to inspect and reject any items entering the park.
• Only U.S. Coast Guard Approved life vests/jackets are permitted. We also provide them free of charge.
• Splashway is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Lockers are available, but they are NOT waterproof.
• Abusive or inappropriate language, clothing, or behavior will NOT be permitted.
• All grills, chairs, and picnic tables are available on a first come-first served basis unless identified as reserved or for the purpose of renting. Please clean after each use and dispose of coals in the metal containers provided.
• No glass containers, alcohol, personal grills, crockpots, cooking devices or hazardous materials.
• No weapons of any kind.
• No drones.
• No speakers or Bluetooth speakers are permitted.
• All animals (except service animals) are prohibited from entry. No animals in the water.
• No outside floats or water guns are allowed without management approval.
• No snorkels, fins, noodles, water balloons or anything of the kind.
• No abusive or inappropriate language, clothing, or behavior.
• No outside alcohol is permitted.
• No outside floats or water guns.
• No weapons of any kind.
• No portable grills, crockpots, or cooking devices.
• Skateboards, roller blades, bikes, hoverboards, and scooters are prohibited with the exception of devices used for approved individuals for medical assistance.
• No smoking outside of the designated smoking areas.

Splashway is a family-friendly waterpark and conservative swimwear is required.
Additionally, the following rules are in place:

• Swim diapers are required for all untrained toddlers and infants.
• Suits or liners should be worn in addition to swim diapers.
• Proper and appropriate attire is required at all times. Extremely bare styles of swimwear are prohibited. (g-strings, thongs, wedgie/cheeky bottoms, etc.).
• Proper swim attire must be worn on slides. (See slide-specific rules)
• Pants must be pulled fully up to the waist.
• No exposure of undergarments or see-through materials over privates will be permitted.
• No clothing or tattoos with explicit language, nudity, or other inappropriate images or gestures are allowed.
• Splashway reserves the right to have you cover any tattoos or change clothing for anything deemed explicit or inappropriate by Splashway. Failure to follow any posted or oral rules can result in removal from the property without a refund of reservation, ticket, or season pass.
