Voting is not required to enter or win this giveaway.
Additional entries may be earned through participation in the Houston’s Best of the Best contest as outlined above.
While we’re honored to be nominated for USA Today’s #1 Outdoor Waterpark, participation in that contest is completely optional and does not impact your giveaway entries or chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Splashway Waterpark & Campground, located in Sheridan, Texas.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Splashway Waterpark & Campground, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on March 30, 2026 and ends on May 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing the entry methods listed on the giveaway page.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Multiple entry methods may be available, and participants may earn additional entries by completing optional actions as described.
All entries must be received before the end of the giveaway period.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive four (4) 2026 Splashway Season Passes valid for the 2026 season.
Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value
Prize may not be substituted or exchanged, except at Sponsor’s discretion
All passes must be used during the 2026 season; no extensions will be granted
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
Winner will be notified via email within two (2) days of the giveaway closing.
If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree to allow Splashway Waterpark & Campground to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries
Technical malfunctions or failures
Any injuries or damages resulting from participation or prize use
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Splashway Waterpark & Campground and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
11. Disputes
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with Splashway’s privacy policy and for the purpose of administering this giveaway and future marketing communications (if opted in).
