The Arcade Attendant is responsible for delivering a fun, safe, and welcoming arcade experience for all guests. This role includes operating arcade games and redemption areas, assisting guests with game play and prizes, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized, and friendly environment.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be friendly, dependable, and guest-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Comfortable working with children and families
• Basic math and money-handling skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the arcade for extended periods
• Must follow all company policies and procedures
  Preferred (but not required)
• Previous customer service or arcade experience
• Cash handling or POS experience

Required Certification: TABC Seller-Server

• Must be at least 18 years old by March 1, 2026
• Be knowledgeable of Hideaway Menu
• Proficient in Guest Service to make the guest experience a WOW experience
• Show up to work on time and in approved uniform
• General knowledge of TABC & Food and Beverage rules and regulations
• Superb spoken communications skills
• Be OK with working in any Weather; both inside or outside.
• Maintain a Texas Food Handlers Certification and TABC Certification

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist guests by phone, email, and chat with planning and booking vacations at our waterpark and campground. You’ll answer questions, make reservations, and process payments, and help guests feel excited and confident about their upcoming visit.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and delivering great service.

1 year of Splashway Experience preferred but NOT required.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with guests on the phone and using a computer
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous customer service, call center, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Previous experience at Splashway preferred but not required.
