• Watering plants and keeping greenery happy
  Mowing, trimming trees and shrubs, and maintaining landscaped areas
• General grounds upkeep to keep everything clean, safe, and welcoming
• Jumping in to help with other park maintenance or operational tasks when needed

What we’re looking for:

• Must be 18 years old by March 1st
  Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather (sunshine included ☀️)
• Physically able to lift, walk, bend, and stand for long periods
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Required Certification: Texas Food Handler’s Course

1 year of Splashway Experience is preferred but NOT required.

The Waterpark Grounds Team plays a key role in creating a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. They are dedicated to maintaining a litter-free park, with particular focus on park upkeep, trash pick-up, pressure washing, mowing, leaf blowing, etc. Additionally, they provide exceptional customer service, consistently demonstrating a positive and friendly attitude to ensure an enjoyable experience for every visitor.

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 14 years old by June 1, 2026
• Have a valid food handlers certificate.

Must be confident around water and successfully complete the Lifeguard Training Program. We train you! (No experience needed)
Must have an energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude!

Must be ready to dive into a fast paced environment!

The Arcade Attendant is responsible for delivering a fun, safe, and welcoming arcade experience for all guests. This role includes operating arcade games and redemption areas, assisting guests with game play and prizes, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized, and friendly environment.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be friendly, dependable, and guest-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Comfortable working with children and families
• Basic math and money-handling skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the arcade for extended periods
• Must follow all company policies and procedures
  Preferred (but not required)
• Previous customer service or arcade experience
• Cash handling or POS experience

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist guests by phone, email, and chat with planning and booking vacations at our waterpark and campground. You’ll answer questions, make reservations, and process payments, and help guests feel excited and confident about their upcoming visit.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and delivering great service.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with guests on the phone and using a computer
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous customer service, call center, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Previous experience at Splashway preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old
